Eligibility for any peptide product offered through Optimus Health is determined solely by a licensed clinician following a physician-guided intake, health-history review, and ongoing clinical oversight. Products are not available without completion of this review. Optimus Health reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at any time at the discretion of the reviewing clinician. Use products only as directed by your clinician. Do not exceed recommended use, share products with another person, or self-administer outside of your clinician’s guidance.

4. Individual results & assumption of risk

Individual responses vary based on physiology, lifestyle, age, sex, body composition, genetics, diet, training history, sleep, stress, baseline health, and ongoing clinical guidance. Outcomes, timelines, and experiences referenced anywhere on the Optimus Health website reflect general user experiences only and are not promises, warranties, guarantees, or representations of any individual result, timeline, or efficacy. By purchasing, you accept that wellness outcomes are inherently variable and that no specific result is guaranteed.

5. Possible side effects & adverse reactions

Peptide products may carry risks including, but not limited to, injection-site reactions (redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, lipodystrophy), allergic or hypersensitivity reactions (rash, itching, hives, anaphylaxis), gastrointestinal effects (nausea, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal discomfort), headache, dizziness, fatigue, flushing, water retention, and changes in appetite, sleep, libido, mood, blood pressure, blood glucose, or hormone levels. 6. Safe handling, reconstitution & storage

Improper handling, storage, reconstitution, or self-administration of injectable peptides may pose serious health risks including infection, injury, or contamination. Follow all clinician instructions and product labeling exactly. Refrigerate products as directed, keep away from direct light and heat, do not freeze unless instructed, do not use beyond expiration, and never reuse needles or share injection equipment. Dispose of needles and used materials in an approved sharps container in accordance with your local regulations.

7. Athletic & sport-governing-body notice

Many peptide products, including but not limited to BPC-157, GHK-Cu, Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, growth-hormone-releasing peptides, and growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analogs, may appear on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), International Testing Agency (ITA), NCAA, professional-league, or other sport-governing-body prohibited-substance lists. Athletes subject to drug-testing programs should consult their team physician or compliance officer before use. Optimus Health is not responsible for any sanction, suspension, disqualification, or competitive consequence resulting from use of any product.

8. Jurisdictional & legal responsibility

Peptide regulations differ by state and country and are subject to change. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any use of Optimus Health products is lawful in the jurisdiction where you reside or where the product will be used. Optimus Health may decline orders to any jurisdiction at its sole discretion. By purchasing, you represent that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prohibit use of the products you are ordering.

9. Age & capacity to consent

Products offered by Optimus Health are intended for adults 18 years of age or older with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this age and capacity requirement and are purchasing for your own personal wellness use, not on behalf of a minor or another person.

10. Limitation of liability & release

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Optimus Health, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliated clinicians, vendors, fulfillment partners, and assigns shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible loss, arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, any product, content, or service provided by Optimus Health, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. By purchasing, you knowingly and voluntarily release and hold harmless Optimus Health and its affiliated parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• You agree to the limitation of liability and release set forth in section 10.
